Information We Collect

FlowMoney is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account information: your name and email address provided via Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google
• Transaction data: amounts, categories, descriptions, and dates you enter manually
• Space data: shared group names, member lists, and join codes
• Device information: app version, operating system (for crash diagnostics only)

We do not collect precise location data, payment card information, or browsing history.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and sync your financial data across devices
• Enable shared Spaces with other users
• Process and validate Pro upgrade purchases via RevenueCat
• Send important account or service-related notifications
• Improve app performance and fix bugs

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Supabase, hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Supabase security rules ensure that only authenticated users can access their own data.

Third-Party Services

FlowMoney integrates with the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and data storage
• RevenueCat — in-app purchase management
• Sign in with Apple — authentication
• Sign in with Google — authentication

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. Your data may be shared only in the following cases:

• With other members of a shared Space — only the transaction and balance data you choose to add
• With service providers listed above, solely to provide the app functionality
• When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account from Settings, all your personal data and transactions are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

FlowMoney is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS), Supabase security rules, and restricted access to production systems. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
